Crystal size may vary.

1. Dosage:Place 2–4 crystals in the sauna ladle with hot water (at least 42 °C) until they are completely dissolved. Start with the lower end of the range if you have a smaller sauna or want to experiment.
2. Pour onto the stones:Pour the fragrant water over the hot sauna stones to spread the icy and irresistible salmiak steam evenly throughout the room.
3. Experience:Take deep, slow breaths and enjoy the unique combination of cooling menthol and rich salmiak.

Safety

Never place crystals or oil directly on the hot stones. Always use with water, preferably warm water. If it catches fire, extinguish with plenty of water until the flame dies out.

Storage

Store the crystals outside the sauna and well sealed.

Menthol crystals begin to melt at just 42 °C. Storing the bag in a cool, dry, and properly sealed place also protects the natural minerals and oil from humidity, ensuring that the crystals remain perfect until the very last use.

Do not ingest (for external use and fragrancing only).

Keep out of reach of children.

Contains naturally occurring fragrance allergens from essential oils in the collection: Limonene, Linalool, Linalyl acetate, Eugenol, Isoeugenol, Citral and Geraniol. In case of eye contact: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice/attention.

In case of skin contact: Wash with plenty of soap and water. If skin irritation or rash occurs: Get medical advice/attention.

Sensitivity: Should not be used in the sauna with infants or individuals with severe asthma/hypersensitivity to strong scents.

Fire hazard: In direct contact with the sauna heater's heating coils, the crystals may catch fire. Always dissolve the crystals in water before pouring them onto the stones.
